Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact executive to lead Site Development and Construction Services divisions nationwide for our client who is a leader in wireless communications infrastructure. This role carries full P&L responsibility for a $100M+ business unit, with a mandate to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Financial Leadership: Own P&L, drive revenue growth, optimize cost structures, and ensure strong financial performance.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee site development and construction services across multiple markets, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Business Growth: Identify and execute market expansion opportunities, develop new service offerings, and strengthen client relationships.
- Leadership & Culture: Build, mentor, and retain high-performing, inclusive teams; foster collaboration and accountability.
- Industry Presence: Represent the company at senior customer meetings, industry events, and leadership forums.
Qualifications - 15–20 years of leadership experience in telecom, construction services, or real estate infrastructure.
- Proven success managing a $100M+ P&L and delivering measurable growth.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic vision, and customer engagement skills.
- Track record of leading large, diverse teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to work from a designated office and travel frequently.
