Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, audiovisuals, decor, transportation, and permits.
Develop and manage event budgets and timelines.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Work with marketing and design teams to create promotional materials and event signage.
Track event success through attendee feedback, post-event reports, and metrics analysis.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, insurance, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Asana, Cvent).
