Ever Restaurant, led by three-Michelin-starred Chef Curtis Duffy, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Events team.
The Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of events from start to finish. While the Event Sales Manager oversees inquiries, contracts, and pre-event planning, the Event Coordinator focuses primarily on day-of operations, client interaction, and event execution. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead as client-facing contact during events
Oversee setup, service flow, and breakdown/reset
Troubleshoot issues and problem-solve on the spot
Supervise service staff; coordinate with culinary & beverage teams
Confirm event details with staff & management
Manage inventory, equipment, rentals, and POS entry
Collaborate with Event Sales Manager & venue leadership
Support onboarding for new staff, menus, and processes
Uphold hospitality, professionalism, and brand standards
Success Metrics:
Smooth event execution that meets/exceeds client expectations
High client satisfaction and repeat business
Accurate, organized event documentation
Strong coordination between FOH, BOH, vendors, and leadership
Compliance with venue policies, food safety, and brand standards
Communication:
Daily check-ins with Event Sales Manager
Weekly team meetings; monthly performance reports
Post-event debriefs & cross-department collaboration
Schedule:
Event-based; evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Focus on day-of execution with limited admin duties
