Entry-Level Receptionist / Legal Assistant (Denver, CO)

We are a boutique medical malpractice law firm in Denver seeking a full-time, entry-level Receptionist/Legal Assistant  to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the legal field and grow within a firm that values collaboration, initiative, and professional development.

About the Role:

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, in-person at our Denver office

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage phone calls, scheduling, and written correspondence
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff
• Assist with preparing, organizing, and reviewing documents
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow into the role

• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• An intuitive thinker who can problem-solve and adapt

• No prior legal or medical experience required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know
