What we are looking for:
  •  Interior Designers/ Interior Architects with 2-3 years of experience 
  • Based in Washington, DC metro area
  • Focus on Hospitality and Multifamily Residential Interior Design
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture 
  • Exhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, organized and creative
  • Excellent Revit, Enscape, AI Rendering tools, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
  • Ability to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents
  • Experience with space planning, FF&E selections, material selections
  • Experience with in multifamily and/or large scale commercial workplace projects is a bonus
  • Excellent 3D graphic rendering skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Valid work permit (USA)

  • LEED Green Associate and/or WELL accreditation (or progress towards this)
  • Progress towards NCIDQ Certification or Architectural Licensure
