What You Will Be Doing - Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, providing coaching and supporting reading skills introduced by Reading Specialists
- Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and reach their weekly academic targets
- Guiding emotional regulation, resilience-building, and problem-solving through consistent routines and caring support
- Monitoring each student's development and requirements, identifying challenges proactively, and refining approaches with your team
- Building a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individual connection
Basic Requirements Early Childhood Educator key responsibilities - Availability for full-time, in-person work at our San Francisco, CA or Miami, FL campus location
- Bachelor's degree from any discipline
- Minimum 3 years working directly with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
- Engaging storyteller with energetic presentation skills: capable of capturing and sustaining young children's attention in group settings
- Capacity to maintain elevated standards for your own performance and for students, while motivating children to accomplish their objectives
- Commitment to growth mindset principles and receptiveness to coaching
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States without need for sponsorship
