Adelphi is seeking a licensed and experienced Dentist to provide comprehensive dental services at a facility Wilbarger County, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care under the supervision of the Facility Medical Director.

Requirements
• Must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice Dentistry in the State of Texas
• Must maintain American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification throughout the contract term
• All licenses, certifications, and credentials must remain current for the duration of the assignment
• Must comply with Agency immunization requirements
• Must successfully complete Agency- and facility-required drug testing and fingerprinting/background checks
• Must complete all mandatory facility and Agency training
• Must adhere to staffing agency and facility attendance and leave policies, as well as all applicable Agency rules and regulations
Responsibilities
• Provide dental services to patients, including routine and non-routine care.
• Perform accurate and timely documentation of all dental services provided.
• Perform patient care duties under the supervision of the Facility Medical Director.
• Comply with all facility Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation & regulatory standards, including Joint Commission & CMS requirements & Agency policies.
