Our client, a growing Houston law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to support a busy legal team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic firm with a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of legal assistant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Aderant billing software preferred.
• Strong document drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Secretary of State filings, e-filings, and entity formation.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Duties:

• Manage attorney calendars, travel, and meeting arrangements.
• Draft and maintain legal documents, organizational charts, and electronic closing binders.
• Handle court and Secretary of State filings.
• Coordinate CLE tracking and legal billing processes.
