Starting Salary

Starting hourly rate is $28.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, subject to culinary cooking test.

Qualifications

Our Full-Time Cook 1 will work as a Lead Cook demonstrating thorough technical skills of all station areas. This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and also take direction in a high-performance environment.

• At least 3 years of experience in 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant required, Michelin experience preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience
• Ability to perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to work any station in the kitchen
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have full time availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays
