Job Details:
- As a commercial real estate tenant/owner rep broker/salesperson you will be required to help tenants and landlords find new property, space locations, sublease excess space, and negotiate leases and sales.
- Also, it is a great opportunity to work from home full or part-time.
- Some experience is a big plus, but we can train.
Requirements:
- Experience with lease or sales is a big plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate.
- Ambitious and hardworking individuals.
- New York State Real Estate License.
- Computer Skills including Microsoft Word, PDF.
