Job Title: Change Management - Consultant II
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 06 Months
Shift Timing: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Pay Rate: $50.00 - $57.00/Hour on W2
Note:
They hold monthly meetings to identify key challenges and these could be in-person, the location where they meet changes, candidates need to be open to traveling once per month, there is travel reimbursement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The consultant will support the Connected PBM Ecosystem initiative. The initiative is focused on developing seven integrated solutions to eliminate financial leakage across PBM operations. The consultant will be embedded into workstreams to implement change management discipline and business process engineering practices.
Impact analysis, stakeholders being impacted, necessary communications needed, operational handoffs, design training, navigating resistance to changes.
Must Haves:
List city/state at top of resume
4 plus years of exp in change mgmt
Experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) industry highly desired
Exceptional Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Skills
