Class A Jobs 411 is expanding its nationwide recruiter network and is now hiring CDL Driver Recruiters based in or around Memphis, Tennessee . This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere while earning commission for each driver you help place.

You do not need prior recruiting or trucking experience. We provide the systems, training, and carrier network — you control your outreach, workflow, and income.

What to Expect as a CDL Recruiter with Class A Jobs 411

Step One: Enroll & Get Trained

Our onboarding process is simple and designed for individuals new to recruiting.

You will receive:

• Recruiter training and onboarding materials

• Hiring and compliance guides

• Access to our internal recruiter platform

Most recruiters are ready to begin sourcing drivers within days of approval.

Step Two: Recruit Using Proven Tools

As a recruiter, you’ll have access to:

• 25+ active carrier job feeds

• Real, up-to-date CDL driver openings nationwide

• Job ad templates, flyers, and outreach scripts

• A personal recruiter dashboard to track leads, applications, and hires

You manage your own advertising and outreach. We provide the carrier relationships and hiring infrastructure that support your success.

Step Three: Earn Weekly Commission

Once your drivers are approved, hired, and seated:

• You are paid weekly via direct deposit

• There are no income caps

• No schedules, quotas, or hourly limits

The more drivers you place, the more you earn.

What You Provide

• Your own advertising and lead generation (job boards, ads, social media, SMS/email, etc.)

• Your own tools (phone, computer, reliable internet, VoIP if needed)

• Your own business setup (LLC recommended) and EIN

• Your own workflow, scheduling, and follow-up

Important: We do not provide leads. You fully control your recruiting pipeline.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for motivated individuals with backgrounds in recruiting, trucking, logistics, sales, customer service, or anyone comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-only environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Source CDL-A drivers using job boards, ads, social media, and outreach

• Pre-qualify drivers based on experience and basic requirements

• Match drivers with available carrier positions nationwide

• Submit applications and communicate with carriers

• Track progress and placements in the recruiter portal

Requirements

• Recruiting experience preferred but not required

• Familiarity with platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or Facebook is a plus

• Comfortable working 100% commission-based

• Self-motivated and organized

• Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection

Compensation

• Commission paid per driver hired and seated

• Typical commissions range $1,000–$3,500+ per hire

• Weekly direct deposits

• No earnings cap — top recruiters regularly earn $5,000–$10,000+ per month
