Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Regional/OTR Specialist to support our operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of OTR driving experience
• Experience with dryvan or reefer loads is a plus
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States
• Valid CDL Class A; driving endorsements a plus
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude
• Flexible schedule; comfortable staying out 3–4 weeks at a time, with guaranteed home time each month (unless unforeseen circumstances arise and are communicated in advance)

Compensation & Benefits:

• 1099
• Base salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 guaranteed
