Dedicated routes running primarily in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and Southern Alabama.
- Drivers handle touch freight — loading boxes (1–35 lbs) onto conveyor belts.
- Steady, year-round freight with consistent scheduling.
- Home weekly for resets (not on weekends).
Pay & Benefits
- Average weekly earnings: $1,400–$1,600.
- $0.63 CPM all miles paid
- $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 after first delivery, $500 after 30 days).
- $240 unload pay per trailer.
- $50 for backhauls.
- Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, vision, vacation, and 401(k).
Schedule & Home Time
- Weekly home time for resets.
- Not home on weekends.
- Dedicated regional routes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience within the past 3 years.
- No failed or refused DOT drug tests ever.
- No terminations for safety in the past 6 months (must complete waiting period with another carrier if applicable).
- Maximum 1 DOT-preventable accident in the last 3 years.
- No more than 3 total accidents/incidents in the last 3 years.
- No major moving violations in the past 12 months; maximum 3 in the last 3 years.
- Stable work history: no more than 4 jobs in the past year, 6 in the last 2 years, or 8 in the last 3 years.
- Drivers living 50+ miles from the DC must have secured truck/trailer parking.
