Career Development CoordinatorJob summary:
The Career Events and Programs Coordinator will work collaboratively with SuccessWorks staff to design, implement, and continuously enhance career development programs that support student success. This role will develop and manage systems that foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders—including employers, faculty, and campus collaborators—to broaden program reach and increase participation. Additionally, the Coordinator will lead efforts to collect program data and the development of impact reports that highlight key outcomes, emerging trends, and opportunities for growth.

SuccessWorks supports over 18,000 L&S students as they explore their interests and aspirations, engage in career exploration and development, and prepare for a career beyond UW-Madison.
Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 up to $60,000 (12-month) for highly experienced candidates. Actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications.
