Exocad Designer – Full-Arch / All-on-4
We are looking for a talented Exocad Designer with proven expertise in full-arch implant restorations and same-day smile makeovers . This role is central to our surgical-day success, ensuring patients receive esthetic, functional results with precision and efficiency.
The right candidate will bring advanced knowledge of digital design workflows, CAD/CAM processes, and implant-supported restorations , along with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with both the surgical and lab teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Full-Arch & All-on-4 Design:
- Plan and execute Exocad designs for full-arch implant cases.
- Create surgical-day provisionals with accurate occlusion, esthetics, and function.
- Same-Day Smile Makeovers:
- Perform real-time Exocad design chairside/surgical-day for immediate provisionals.
- Handle nesting, milling, and 3D printing for temporary and final restorations.
- CAD/CAM Workflow:
- Manage the full digital workflow: design, nesting, milling, printing, bar design, and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to keep cases on track.
- Materials & Frameworks:
- Work with PMMA, nano-ceramics, zirconia, and titanium bars.
- Design and refine implant-supported bars and frameworks with durability and precision.
- Collaboration & Quality:
- Partner with surgeons and lab staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Consistently deliver restorations that meet the highest esthetic and functional standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in Exocad design for full-arch/All-on-4 cases .
- Hands-on experience with same-day surgical workflows .
- Deep understanding of CAD/CAM systems and troubleshooting.
- High attention to detail, with a passion for esthetics and patient outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
