Description:
Responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage and dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle
Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Practicing GCCL values; Providing professional food and beverage service in dining room and lounge area; Responsible for the “mise en place” and hygiene of dining room and related areas; Responsible for assigned station of approximately 45 guests; Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager;
Skills/Qualifications:
Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred; Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably on passanger ship or in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotel; Cruise ship experience is a plus; Great communication skills; Highly guest orientated; Team orientated; Fluency in English;
Conditions & benefits: (dependable on region applying to, below is sample for Rhine/Main/Danube region )
Basic Salary 1400 EUR; Crew gratuity up to 900 EUR monthly; Travel refunds up to 600 EUR; Paid vacation during the season up to 40 days;
