Business Solutions Sales Partner

SensaPay is expanding our Los Angeles sales team and seeking driven, relationship-focused field sales professionals to help local businesses modernize how they get paid and how they operate.

Our platform includes next-generation B2B payment processing, automated invoicing, 200+ ERP/accounting integrations, fraud and chargeback management, and high-performance POS solutions built for restaurants, retail, and hospitality.

If you enjoy partnering with local business owners, being in the field, and selling solutions that genuinely make their operations easier, this role offers uncapped earning potential, strong product-market fit, and a large open territory.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and network through B2B outreach, referrals, community events, and in-person visits
• Engage restaurants, retailers, and local merchants to uncover needs and present tailored payments options and/or POS solutions
• Manage deals through install and activation
• Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
• Manage your pipeline, schedule, and territory independently
• Track activity in our CRM and participate in ongoing sales/product training

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in payments, merchant services, POS, or B2B field sales a plus
• Existing network of merchants, restaurant operators, or referral partners is a plus
• Strong track record managing full sales cycles and closing business
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Tech-savvy and comfortable demoing solutions to business owners
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation (W2 Employment)

• Uncapped earnings
• Ramp pay in your first 60 days ($5,000 total)
• 30% upfront bonuses, paid bi-weekly
• 30% residuals earned on every activated account, paid monthly
