FRSTeam of the Inland Northwest is growing! We’re looking for a driven, outgoing Business Development Representative to join our team and help expand our presence in the insurance restoration and contents recovery industry.
As a BDR, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, adjusters, and other referral partners. You’ll represent a trusted brand that restores peace of mind for homeowners and businesses affected by fire, smoke, and water damage.
What We Offer:
$25/hour base pay
Commission on closed sales
Performance-based sales bonuses
Vehicle reimbursement for business mileage

What You’ll Do:
Conduct regular route visits and drop-ins with contractor and adjuster partners
Prospect new business
Represent our brand at industry events and networking opportunities
Track and report weekly activity goals
Coordinate with our production team to ensure seamless service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience preferred; restoration industry a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with excellent follow-through
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
