Bottle Blow Molding Process Mechanic

What success looks like

• You confidently operate blow molding equipment, producing containers in multiple sizes and colors.
• You spot quality deviations early and keep output aligned to specs.
• You propose smarter methods and equipment tweaks that elevate line efficiency.
• You partner with your supervisor and teammates to resolve issues quickly and help others troubleshoot.
• You model safe work, GMP compliance, and tidy work areas.
• You maintain core assets—blow molders, chillers, air compressors, grinders, and blenders.
• You can hang molds and complete set-ups to get lines running smoothly.
• You’re flexible to cover operators across shifts when needed.
• You diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems and fix them.

This is a representative overview; duties may change and additional responsibilities may be assigned.

What you need to bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years in blow mold machine maintenance and/or injection molding.
• 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Stamina to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, twist, and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Comfort working in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled spaces.
• Willingness to work around higher noise levels (location dependent).
• Able to wear a full-face respirator when required.
• Commitment to Health & Safety and GMP requirements.
• Availability for overtime as needed.

Pay and perks

Base hourly range: $36–$41. Final pay is determined by relevant experience/skills, time in role, business line, and work location. Plus, a $5K sign-on bonus .
