Job Description

Kama West Loop is looking for a creative and disciplined Pastry Chef to

lead our dessert program. This is an opportunity to create an inventive, seasonal pastry menu

that complements our chef-driven, modern Indian-inspired cuisine.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a rotating pastry menu highlighting seasonal ingredients

• Lead and train pastry team members, ensuring consistency and quality

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to align desserts with the overall menu vision

• Oversee production schedules, ordering, and inventory for pastry department

• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant

• Strong background in plated desserts, breads, and pastry techniques

• Ability to manage a small team and delegate effectively

• Creativity, precision, and passion for developing unique flavor profiles

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
