What You'll Do:
🎯 Monitor and analyze customer accounts and payment patterns
📊 Prepare aging reports and reconcile accounts receivable balances
💰 Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate collection efforts
📋 Process invoices, payments, and credit memos accurately
🤝 Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and disputes
📈 Identify trends and recommend process improvements
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum
of 4 years of accounts receivable and payment reconciliation experience,
preferably with large retailers such as Walmart.
✅ Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Outstanding communication and customer service skills
✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
